Grounded in attachment theory, this training highlights the lifelong impact of early attachment experiences on adult relationships and self-view. Participants will learn to assess adult attachment styles and understand how childhood attachment shapes personality development. Practical strategies support clients in processing losses and developing secure adult attachments. Therapists will also increase awareness of their own attachment style and its role in therapy. Rooted in relational and developmental principles, this course integrates key psychodynamic concepts central to therapeutic change.
