We would like to extend an invitation for new members to join our therapy group this September, our 5th year running. We meet weekly on Thursdays 7- 8:30, September through June with breaks in December and March. The sessions take place in a large, warm and quiet space located conveniently near the Pape-Danforth Subway.
While several members usually return, newcomers are welcome. Group size ca. 6-8
In addition to weekly meetings, we hold three extended weekend sessions in the fall, winter & spring.
Considerations
Interested persons should reach out to Spencer (group therapist) for an in-person consultation (no fee). We’ll discuss program goals and commitments as well as how you might use the group to further your individual therapy.
