This trauma counselling program integrates psychodynamic insights on developmental and complex trauma and attachment patterns, including anxious and disorganized attachment. Clinicians will learn to identify unconscious trauma-related patterns and understand their origins and effects.
Combining trauma-informed and biopsychosocial frameworks with psychodynamic perspectives, the training equips participants to help clients transform rigid, maladaptive patterns toward healthier functioning and resilience.
