Prorated Student Form

CAPT’s Student proration period is now open from June until the end of 2025.

The prorated fee for the first year is  $135.

This option is for NEW students only (i.e., you are a student of a CAPT institution and have never been a member of CAPT before.

With the prorated fee, your membership fee will apply to the remainder of 2025 AND 2026. The usual student membership fee will apply for subsequent years.

Note: Membership fees are not accepted until the applicant is approved.
