Since 1994, Lawrence has been a leader in the development of online counselling guidelines. His company also provides training to professionals on how to effectively use technology in their current practices, and ensure that ethics and privacy are at the forefront during treatment.
The workshop will address:
- how online therapy can enhance your practice
- privacy and ethics considerations when offering online therapy services
- implications to consider when choosing technology tools
- regulations to be aware of before setting up an online practice.
Participants will also network with like-minded colleagues and gain insight from those who have started offering online therapy.
Note: Members of OACCPP or CAPT who attend this workshop are eligible to obtain 6 CECs.
