Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy

Have you ever needed the space to talk and have someone deeply listen? This can be one of the most rewarding aspects of psychotherapy.

I will listen closely to your concerns, encourage your exploration and join you in "making sense" of what feels bad. Drawing on past relational experience, we will collaborate to look closely at where you find yourself today and why you might feel the way you do. We will explore your thoughts, feelings and core beliefs, and wonder about their familiarity. Over time, as patterns of thought, feeling and belief are made more aware, you may feel greater freedom, or space, to make choices that are aligned with your authentic self, and create new habits that support your well-being.
