An experienced Toronto psychotherapist, I help my clients attend to their mental health, and deal with difficult moods and mood swings, body-issues, addiction recovery, addiction and relationship problems, with disturbing mindsets, perceptions and emotions, and with numbness and stagnation in their life.

Some people decide to enter therapy with me not because they are in crisis, but because they wish to take care of their mental health and well-being, and deepen their personal and spiritual development. Many are curious about the meaning of their dreams, and receive my guidance on their inner quest.

Often, my clients come to therapy because they suffer from emotional pain, stress and/or post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), frustration, and self destructive patterns that hinder them from fully living and working the way they want to.

In the safe, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere of my practice, you will be invited to talk about yourself, at your own pace. The therapeutic and confidential communication between us affords you to be heard with all your difficulties, whether they be personal, spiritual or work related, and/or relationship, family or culturally based.

Using themes, metaphors and symbols from your life, I will help you understand your dreams, feelings and emotions, check your stumbling blocks and fantasies, increase self awareness and esteem, and regain equilibrium and self motivation.

No previous skills or therapy experience are required.

I am affiliate faculty at a local therapy training institute, and a clinical member of CAPT.
