My goal is to help the people I work with find optimal mental health and grow so that they might live their life as their most authentic self.

I use a psychodynamic model of psychotherapy which makes use of our relationship, therapist and client, to better understand other relationships outside of the therapeutic office.  Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a non-medicinal approach to treating common symptoms of anxiety and depression.  Many clients experience increased self-awareness and self-esteem by participating in this type of work.  This can have a positive effect on the relationships in your life as well.
