Relational Therapist

I offer client-centred, relational therapy to adults. The therapeutic journey can provide an effective and fulfilling way to help rebuild a sense of well-being in our daily lives, improve our relationships, and increase our capacity to cope with all the unexpected things life brings.

My approach is empathic, nonjudgemental, and primarily informed by relational psychotherapy. This means that together we pay close attention to what comes up in the present moment, unearth unconscious tendencies, and take note of the ways in which long-standing behavioural patterns and coping strategies may no longer be serving you.
I am conscious of the ways that systemic oppression, marginalization, and racism impact mental health, and I operate from an anti-oppressive, feminist framework. My practice embraces all genders, sexual orientations and is queer, trans and non-binary positive; everyone is welcome.
