My practice is trauma informed as I have completed Level 2 in Sensorimotor Training, a therapeutic modality specifically developed to assist people who have experienced trauma—either in the form of a concrete event, or as a consequence of an acutely distressing or deprived upbringing. I work collaboratively to create trust and a sense of safety with my clients. After this we explore what the underlying cause of the issues distressing you might be.
