My general training has been with the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, which encourages a psychodynamic but eclectic approach, and I continue to attend local and international seminars, conferences and courses regularly. My main interest is in Relational Psychotherapy.

I enjoy working with a variety of age groups and issues, and especially with young people who are feeling somewhat lost, with older clients, with people in the arts, and with those in the LGBT community.

I have a background in music, and long-time interests in yoga and meditation techniques.

I am a member of: the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists, (clinical member), the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy, the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, and the CTP Alumni Association.
