Issues I work with

Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Grief/Loss, Intergenerational Trauma, LGBTQ, Relationships/Family, Spirituality

My approaches

  • Jungian Therapy
  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts

In the general divisions of medical, clinical, cognitive and depth psychological approaches, Jungian analysis falls in the latter category. We work "psychodynamically," that is with unconscious material (such as dreams and art) to gain both a feeling and a rational understanding of where the psyche wants to go, and where it is stymied. (There is more about this on my website.)  I have a particular interest in ancestral complexes (patterns of familial psychology) and in religion.
