My main interest is to help individuals to understand and address their ongoing problems and patterns. my work focuses on people in life transitions such as relationship changes, empty nest syndrome, job transitions, immigration, and trauma. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a co-creation where you will gain a deeper understanding of where you are at in your life and what has brought you there. We all create patterns for a reason. Often we created them in our early childhood to keep ourselves safe and cope in our environment. You might find these patterns are no longer serving you or actually holding you back. I work in the here and now to help you to unpack these patterns and create something new.

I work with the body to explore your emotional state through sensory awareness. Along with the embodied approach I like incorporate creativity, art, imagery, metaphors to deep our work together.
