I come to psychotherapy from another field, albeit one that informs me about the world beyond the confines of the therapeutic space. I'm an open-minded individual with a private office conveniently located in downtown Toronto.

Life affects us deeply on a day-to-day level.
Feeling a need to be understood? To better understand yourself? I come to psychotherapy from a creative background, yet I know the sharp edges of the working world. Sometimes life feels like it's all about testing our inner strength. In a private and comfortable environment, we can talk about the aspects of your life which disconnect you from yourself and the outside world.
Whether what you are experiencing has a name (depression, anxiety) or is defined by an event (personal conflict, unemployment), I provide you with a space to feel things out - to connect with whatever it is that causes friction.
My practice is open to individuals and couples seeking therapy.
I am conveniently located in downtown Toronto, easily accessible by TTC or bike, with on-street parking (when available). My office is nestled just north of Queen Street West and south of Kensington Market.
