At the moment, I mostly practice Gestalt Psychotherapy.  While I am opened to explore action plans, and concrete activities to support your growth or desired changes (specially in the field of Addictions), Gestalt Therapy is a journey of  profound transformation. We start with acceptance and celebration of who you are today and the magnificence of the strategies you used to survive until now. From this embodied acceptance, we explore relationally other possibilities. How would it feel to try something else in a supported way? Could there be other choices? The Paradox of Change makes possible to leave behind labels, diagnosis and perceived limitations and to create lasting paradigm shifts. Through Gestalt we can gently shed Anxiety, Depression, Addictive Patterns (Urgent Responses), release stuck points in our relationships, and bring Awareness to our needs. We respond to the deepest response patterns, and make small adjustments that have lasting effects. Please ask me about this process! I will be happy to answer your questions through email:
