Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (body-focused therapy for trauma) Level 1; Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples Externship and Core Skills

Completed at Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy; Currently training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 and 2, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples

Relationships are the very foundation of our existence and development. When we struggle in our connections, we struggle in most other areas of our lives. The therapeutic relationship can be a powerful facilitator of change. I create a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space in which you can safely explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings, and set goals for healing.

I weave together talk therapy with body-awareness. On their own, each of these are powerful routes to healing. Combined, they offer a whole-person, mind/body approach that empowers you to manage and transform previous relational/emotional difficulties.
