You might be having difficulties with a relationship, going through big life changes, experiencing loss, or feeling stuck. As a result you may be anxious, frustrated, sad, or angry. Or perhaps you want a safe space to explore questions about your life purpose, direction or identity. I can help guide you through this terrain in the safety of our relationship.
My approach is one that sets out to co-create a relationship with my client that allows them to make sense of their experiences, relationships with others and relationship with themselves. The goal is a lived experience that feels unified, as opposed to feeling fragmented or compartmentalized. The outcome is a deeper understanding of self that ultimately instills a stronger sense of confidence, peace and health in your day to day life. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, loss, grief, big life changes, can be relieved greatly through the exploration that takes place in a caring therapeutic relationship.
