We all have times in our lives when we feel that something is not ok. We don’t always know what it is we need or know how to make the changes we want. My approach is to help you get in contact with your feelings and become aware of your experience, perhaps in a new way. Together, we will explore those stuck and often painful places. We will work towards creating the shifts that support your desired change and growth.

I will meet you with sensitivity, curiosity, honesty, and humor. We will give time and space to a process of exploration. With exploration comes play, discovery, novel experience, creativity, and spontaneity. These are vital resources and supports we tend to lose when we get stuck and when we feel challenged. I join you in this exploration with the belief in your innate ability to restore and heal.

Trained primarily in Gestalt Therapy, I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques and inspiration, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. Therapy is some of the most worthy work you will ever do. It is work you are worthy of.
