Gestalt Institute of Toronto, 5+ Year Student from the five year training program.

I am passionate in supporting folks who can’t say no, need to keep busy, have intimacy problems, depression, or have experienced childhood sexual abuse. I specialize in working with empath’s, (highly sensitive people who have difficulty managing their and others emotions). I welcome all under the LGBTQ umbrella, with a focus on transgender and non-binary folks. A kink and sex positive practice.

My style is relational, client driven, supportive, trauma informed and authentic, held within a safe container that we build together. I work from a spiritual perspective and grounded in ‘beginners mind,’ where I bring my natural openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions. We work collaboratively to reconnect mind, body and emotions.
