My approach is multifaceted using a combination of Relational Somatic Psychotherapy and/or Trauma, Mindfulness & Sex Therapy to create lasting healing and change.

Relational therapy explores and transforms beliefs, themes & patterns, explores boundaries, needs & building a solid sense of self, creates new ways of being with others and cultivating the type of connections you want. Its a space to talk about your experiences, to explore your sexuality and relationships or tapping into and developing your intuition.

We can also use somatic mindfulness practices to explore present moment experiences, to establish connection & relationship with the body & to understand the sensations, feelings, memories and wisdom inherent there. This employs a variety of resources to increase self-regulation, being present & working with (rather than fighting against) feelings, memories, symptoms & trauma.

Whatever the direction of therapy takes, my approach creates an empathic, non-judgmental and safe space where you can explore deeply the feelings, memories, thoughts and experiences that have brought you here.
