I am currently a therapist-in-training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), an education and training program recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I see clients under faculty supervision. I am working towards becoming a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO and comply with their professional practice standards.

Whatever your reason for starting therapy, I provide a warm and accepting place where you you can be yourself—with all your thoughts and feelings, whatever they might be. Together, we will explore those thoughts and feelings by talking about what’s going on in your life today, but also (if and when you’re ready) by exploring how your past experiences may be affecting you in the present. I will support you in identifying and moving towards areas of growth and healing that feel right for you, so that you can feel better and thrive in many aspects of your life, including your relationship with yourself and others.
