You thought you could figure this out yourself, and yet nothing seems to be changing in your life. You are re-treading familiar patterns and not thriving. Or worse, suffering and feeling hopeless.

Sometimes we can't see where we get stuck. Here's where I can help:

I will be present with you. I will listen, observe, support and challenge you with compassion so that you can become more aware of how and where you are getting stuck. Awareness is the first step toward change. Self-acceptance is where change happens. Through patience and support, I will provide a non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to return to a place of self-acceptance.

Gestalt therapy is a relational form of therapy. The relationship between client and therapist plays a significant role in this co-creative therapeutic process. Who I am as a person and how I engage with my clients has an impact on them. Similarly, my clients have an impact on me.

Choosing the right therapist for you is important. You are taking the first brave step towards change. I am honest, direct and compassionate with my clients and dedicated to helping them implement the changes they wish to make.

I work with individuals and couples. For a free phone consultation, call: 647-401-4887. All calls are confidential.
