Are you struggling with challenges like depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties? or perhaps you believe as I do that our sense of "who we are" is always evolving? We have an opportunity to expand and grow throughout our lives. Psychodynamic psychotherapy facilitates this deep personal growth through the exploration of our internal and unconscious world. My practice aims to effect change both internally and externally that will result in a more satisfying, joyful and authentic life. I am a graduate of the highly respected Centre for Training Psychotherapy in Toronto where I trained for eight years in psychodynamic psychotherapy. In my former life I was in the entertainment industry and have an affinity with artists and performers.
As a child of immigrants I am fascinated by cultural differences and biases. I am particularly interested in childhood development and enjoy supporting people in their journey as parents. I have been practicing since 1999 and work with individuals and couples. I invite you to contact me for a complementary 20 minute phone conversation about what you hope for in your therapy and whether we would be a good therapeutic match.
