Your treatment is a very personal experience. Your confidentiality and wellbeing are primary concerns. Here are some of the reasons why my work with you will be helpful.

In my experience it is the safety, trust and attunement that evolve between client and therapist that enables a person to begin to move forward in new and healthy ways. Sometimes from what might seem to be a hopeless situation or pattern.

Your treatment will be informed primarily by current Relational and Self Psychological theories. I will make use of these as they apply to your individual personality.

In addition you may benefit from my years of experience as a professional communicator, consultant, entrepreneur, parent and husband.

Also I bring to my work my many years of personal therapy, leadership and coaching.
