I am a Jungian psychotherapist who has been involved with Jungian thought for over 25 years. I also have a strong interest in the body-mind connection with a background as a yoga teacher and as an International trainer in Focusing (Eugene Gendlin). I feel it is always important to ground dreamwork symbolism or abstract ideas in the body and in the 'felt-sense'. I am interested in teaching clients to learn about, find and use their own inner compass or 'way of knowing'. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients to feel empowered to chart their own path, by learning to listen to the guidance of their own souls.
