My main training has been with the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, which encourages a psychodynamic but eclectic approach. Also, I continue to explore various other approaches (eg sensori-motor therapy).

I enjoy working with a variety of age groups and issues, and especially with young people who are feeling somewhat lost, with older clients, with people in the arts, and with those in the LGBT community.

I have a background in music, and long-time interests in yoga and meditation techniques.

Phone or Skype sessions available after a few initial in-person sessions.

Ontario Society of Psychotherapists, (clinical member), Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (member), CTP Alumni Association (board member).
