Ken comes from the philosophy that if we develop a greater awareness of ourselves we have the opportunity to choose new possibilities, change our deeply rooted thinking patterns and respond to others with more authenticity.
Before Ken started his private practice he opened a new facility for struggling youth and led a team of mental health professionals to successfully support the youth through a hands on treatment model. Currently Ken still plays an active role advising leaders and professionals in residential treatment centers on how to implement best practices.
Ken also acted as the lead facilitator for an innovative conference centre in Toronto where he designed and delivered team building and leadership workshops for their corporate clients. He has a great ability to provide in-depth group learning for teams and leaders to improve their skills for having ‘difficult conversations’, ‘building trust’, and ‘leading by example’.
Ken has gentle presence and genuine passion for helping people grow, making him easy to share with as he acts as a motivating force for his clients to master the change they seek. He intuitively goes at the pace of his clients and guides them towards their goals and healing with a compassionate down to earth approach.
